Northern Athletics team manager Rob Cameron has selected four strong teams for the match against Scotland and Wales at the Sefton Park Cross Challenge on the 28th November 2015.
This fixture which also incorporates the trial for GB team for the European cross country championships which are being held at Toulon-Hyères in France next month will see many of the countries top cross country runners descend on Sefton Park in their quest to make the GB team for France.
