2017/18 Northern Athletics Cross Country Representative Team events Northern Athletics will be sending teams, as outlined below, to the events shown.
There is also some information as to selection criteria that will be used for the event teams. As previously, the aim is to select younger developing athletes, so they can gain valuable experience of International standard races and competition As in the last 2 years we propose to use the Cross Challenge event at Sefton Park as the first event. We are hopeful that the MCAA and the Armed Forces will also have teams. This fixture is also the selection race for the GB European XC Championships team and our second Northern representative vest of the season which will be Venta de Banos, Spain 16th December (details below) Cross Challenge Sefton Park, Liverpool 25th November.
