North of England took a clean sweep In the Cardiff victory 5k winning both the men’s and ladies team event.
Big thanks to our amazing athletes. Stand out performance from Rich Allen who took 2nd place, almost pipping Dewi Griffiths on the line, but a great race saw Dewi hold on for a home victory.
Well done to Mark Bostock, Rob Warner-Judd, Emily Haggard-Kearney, Lucy Robinson and Millie Mcknespiey for storming to team victory.
