Another great race at the Telford 10k with a course record in the men’s race Jack Rowe 28.01 and winning lady today was Amelia Quirk 32.40. The inter area results was a very close affair again, only 1 point separating the first 2 teams in the ladies. Great individual performance from Tommy Power in 25th place just outside his PB with 29.36, and Esme Davies 6th in 33.08 and Holly Weedall 7th in 33.21. Tommy brought the mens team home in 2nd place with Mark Bostock 31st in 29.39 and North debutant Rob Scott in 30.57. In the ladies race, following in Esme and Holly to take 1st team were Emilia Platt 16th in a 2min PB of 34.31, and Abbey Brooke 36.02. Debutant Team Manager Kirsty Longley continues to outstands us with her Masters performance in 13th place in 34.07.
