The Home Countries International Cross Country takes place at Parliament Hill, London, on Saturday February 7th.
Northern Athletics will be taking teams of four in the Senior Men, Senior Ladies, U20 Men and U20 Ladies categories.
The selection policy for the event can be found on the TEAMS page of the Northern Athletics website, along with the expression of interest form to be filled in by any athletes wishing to be considered for selection.
