Field Events – All competitors get 4 trials. Except Under 11’s who will receive a maximum of 3 trials.
Track Events – Heats + Finals. Except 600m, 800m and 1500m which are decided on times.
The organisers reserve the right to amend the programme without notice.
Top three finalists will receive medals on the day.
Lollipop race for Under 8’s (50 metre sprint). – Free entry on the day.
Postal Entries – £4.00 per event Entries on the Day – £5.00 per event
Cheques made payable to ‘Spenborough & District AC’
Entries on the day must be placed before 10.30am for Field events and 11.00am for Track events. Numbers to be collected on the day
