Trafford 10k only one word to describe it, ‘fast’, 28 sub 30 and 58 sub 31 mins. Must be now the UKs fastest 10k. Well done Dave Norman and team. As far as results go:
North 1st, Midlands 2nd, Wales 3rd and Armed Forces 4th in the men’s race. Individually, Andrew Davies 6th in 29.14 Jack Morris 8th in 29.18, Jamie Jaimie Roden 25th in 29.54, Stuart Robinson 27th in 29.54, Carl Hardman 31st in 30.06. This just illustrates the depth.
In the ladies race, Midlands 1st, beating the North 2nd by a point with Wales 3rd
Rebecca Robinson (34.08) was 2nd behind Midlands Juliette Potter, Sophie Cowper 5th in 34.43 and Tess Robinson 13th 36.11. Other notable northern performances were Danielle Fegan 11th in 35.46 and Zara Knappy 14th in 36.12
