It was always going to be difficult to get full teams of 4, since the event was being held on the same date as the area 12 & 6 stage road relays. However we did get scoring teams in 3 of the races, and would like to thank all the athletes for again supporting the North.
Thanks to Welsh Athletics for the invitation and organisation. Margam Castle proved to be an excellent venue with a testing course on good parkland
