All of us at Northern Athletics are saddened to hear of the passing of Alan Johnson. Alan gave a huge part of his life to athletics especially for his club, his county and all the leagues he ensured were kept running year in year out especially the Northern League. He was a friend of Northern Athletics and we will always be grateful for his support. Most of all he was a kind family man and we pass on our deepest condolences to Mary, Lindsay and his family at this difficult time.
