Alan Johnson’s funeral will be held on Friday 12th January at 12 o’clock at St. John’s Church, Vicarage Drive, Dukinfield SK16 5HZ. There will be a private cremation afterwards and then the wake will be held at Longfords Trafford Athletics Club. The family would like people to wear something Everton Blue or Trafford Blue and Gold.
It will be family flowers only but there will be a collection which will be divided three ways , Tameside Hospital Critical Care, Trafford AC track fund and East Cheshire Harriers towards the cost of a new cage so that they can continue to host league meetings and train safely.
